This page explains what data Jose Sanchez processes through kanartools.com, and why. It is short because the site collects very little.

Your files and text are never sent anywhere

Every tool runs inside your browser. The text you type and the audio files you drop in are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to any server. That is why the audio editor has a size limit — the work is done by your computer, not ours. We keep none of that content, because it never reaches us in the first place.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which tools get used and which are not worth maintaining. According to Cloudflare, it uses no cookies and no browser fingerprinting. We only see aggregate figures: pages visited, referrers, approximate country and browser type. We do not know who you are.

This site sets no cookies of its own and no advertising cookies, which is why you will not see a cookie notice. Cloudflare may use technical security cookies to protect the site from abuse.

Hosting

The site is served through Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical details of each request, such as the page requested, the time and your browser. We do not use this data to profile anyone.

Who processes the data

Controller: Jose Sanchez (Spain). Contact: jose.sansan@proton.me.

The lawful basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the site running and protected, and in knowing which tools are useful.

Cloudflare acts as a processor and may handle this data outside the European Union, including in the United States.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to processing, by writing to jose.sansan@proton.me.

If you believe we are handling your data improperly, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

What we do not do

There are no accounts and no sign-up, we do not ask for your email, we send no newsletters, we do not sell or share data with third parties, and there is currently no advertising. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
